Style 4545 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1974.

Young Junior /Teen's Top, Skirt and Trousers.

Top with highline bodice has lowered neckline, ties from side seams, back zipper and sleeves gathered into armholes have elastic at lower edge forming frill. View 1 has long sleeves. View 2 and 3 have short sleeves. View 2 has trim. View 3 has contrast bodice and sleeves. Skirt and trousers have side zipper.

Bust   35 inches / 89 cm

Waist 27 inches / 69 cm

Hips  38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a handwritten name on the front.
